Shipping policy

We ship same day, every day using United States Postal Service products, primarily USPS Priority Mail. Project X will assist in claims for products which are lost or incorrectly delivered accordance with USPS insurance terms and processes. In such instances where a claim is awarded, Project X will offer a full refund or replacement product. Project X is not responsible for lost/stolen packages which show as being correctly delivered by USPS.
