How do I care for a Project X article of clothing?
All of our products are designed for both in and out of the gym. As with any dry-fit style garment, it is best to wash them in cold and hang dry them. A very hot dryer setting can potentially dull the ink color over time and/or cause the garment to shrink. We also recommend washing all garments inside out. Items that have been worn (excluding try on) and/or laundered cannot be returned or exchanged.
Do you offer bulk order discounts?
First, thank you for considering Project X for your event. We're always honored to have a special event, such as a wedding, family reunion or fitness competition want to use our designs to help celebrate the day. We offer bulk discounts on orders which include 15 or more more items from the same category. Discounts vary based on event specifics. Please e-mail email@example.com with the complete details on your request and we can then provide a specialized pricing quote.
I need to exchange my item for a different size. What do I do?
During the holidays, offer extended time for exchanges. Products purchased between 11.15.2020 and 12.31.2020 qualify for an exchange up until 01.15.2021. All other return/exchange terms remain the same. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org if you have additional questions.
If your shirt is unworn (excluding try on) and unwashed with no damage, you can send it back to us for a size exchange of the same design within 5 business days of delivery. Please note that damage includes strong odors, stains, tears and large amounts of pet hair. If your size isn’t available, we’ll work with you to find a solution. Buyer pays return shipping fees both ways (both for the return and the replacement item). Before purchasing, please check size charts for detailed measurements. For further questions in advance of purchase, please email email@example.com. We are always happy to clarify any policies in advance of purchase.
Please send exchanges to the following address along with your original order number and/or order name. Include a description of the replacement size needed. We will evaluate your exchange and then contact you to arrange payment on shipping for the replacement item. Items sent without tracking or order details can significantly impact our ability to contact you.

Please note that some items on our website have alternate exchange terms. These terms are noted on the product page and are specific to Hybrid Shorts, Leggings and Final Sale items. Should the return or exchange of your product affect your qualification for 'free shipping', an invoice will be sent for shipping costs or these fees will be deducted from any refund provided.
Where can I find my receipt? Do you have gift receipts?
Project X uses a paperless receipt system. Your order and shipping confirmation will include complete details on the item(s) purchased along with pricing. These notifications are sent to the e-mail address used at checkout. Your package will not include a copy of this order/shipping confirmation but does include details on exchanges and contacting Project X. When exchanging an item an order number is the easiest way to locate the original purchase order though we can also use any other data regarding your billing/shipping address to locate the original order. Should you ever need an additional copy of your order/shipping confirmation or need to change the e-mail address associated with an order, please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org and we can assist further.
I was sent the wrong item. What happened?
First, please accept our apologies. This rarely occurs but everyone makes a mistake from time to time. When we’re at fault on order, we’ll make it up to you. We take customer service very seriously, and we will ensure that you will have a positive buying experience with Project X, even when (or especially when) you have an issue with your order. The resolution will vary depending on your specific situation. Please e-mail email@example.com to have your issue addressed. Sending a picture of the item is always appreciated and may expedite your resolution.
What type of warranty is included with my purchase?
We invest a great amount of time and effort into the garments we select for use with our products. We want customers who purchase online to have every confidence in buying and inspect all items multiple times during production. If you receive an item that appears to be defective, please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance. Project X warranties all items to be free of defect for 10 calendar days after receipt, unless laundered or worn outside of a try on. We expect your item to be 100% perfect upon it's arrival and will gladly assist in the rare instance this does not occur.
Why don't you warranty laundered items?
Once an item has been worn and put through the wash, many additional touch points have come into play. While we develop garments which we expect to last for years, specific use can affect lifespan. As an example, a garment used in an obstacle course race may be subjected to the same wear and tear in a single day as one used in a lifestyle environment may experience over the course of a year or more. While we are very interested to hear about your experience, our standard policies do not cover an item which has been subjected to use or has been washed/laundered.
Do you offer refunds?
Project X does not offer refunds on goods purchased. We are very interested to hear from customers who have questions about their purchase. Please e-mail email@example.com with questions or concerns on your purchase and we can discuss a potential solution based on your specific situation. Buyer pays all return shipping fees. Before purchasing, please check size charts for detailed measurements or e-mail service for further clarification.
Can I purchase your products for resale?
The Project X online and retail stores are the primary location for customers to purchase. We do occasionally work with third party vendors who share the same vision we have for customer experience, particularly those located outside the United States. Minimum order quantities apply.
